A: No, we can ship wine gift baskets to recipients 21 years and older living in: California, New Mexico, Florida, Illinois, Idaho and Missouri. The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of opening up interstate alcohol commerce but the court does not tell the states how to change their laws. It is up to each state's legislature to react to the ruling and establish and enforce their own alcohol related shipping policies. Mano’s currently has licenses in two states and is working on obtaining more. This will take some time. Additionally, you must be 21 years or older to order wine gift baskets.Q: What is your guarantee policy? A: Our goal is to create smiles ~ one gift at a time!
