A: No, we can ship wine gift baskets to recipients 21 years and older living in: California, New Mexico, Florida, Illinois, Idaho and Missouri. The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of opening up interstate alcohol commerce but the court does not tell the states how to change their laws. It is up to each state's legislature to react to the ruling and establish and enforce their own alcohol related shipping policies. Mano’s currently has licenses in two states and is working on obtaining more. This will take some time. Check back for an updated list of states where we can deliver wine to; hopefully more states will be added soon! Additionally, you must be 21 years or older to order wine gift baskets.
Q: What is your guarantee policy?
A: Our goal is to create smiles ~ one gift at a time! If you or your recipient is not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we'll make it right!
Q: Can I substitute an item in the basket or create a custom basket?
A: We can make substitutions or customize baskets if you order 50 or more of the same basket prior to November 30, 2008 or after January 1, 2009.
Q: Do you ship chocolate in the summer?
A: From May - September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value or our prices are adjusted accordingly.
Q: If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?
A: We have negotiated exceptional shipping rates with Federal Express, who is our preferred carrier.
Q: Can I ship my basket anywhere?
A: Almost anywhere, we cannot ship to Canada, PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses. We can ship to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska but, please add $30 to the listed shipping price.
Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets?
A: Absolutely! Remember to include your message when you place your order. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.
Q: How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?
A: The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 6 to 9 months.
Q: Are the bottles of wine the size of a regular bottle of wine seen in stores?
A: Yes - all baskets containing wine are standard 750 ML bottles.
Q: What is your product substitution policy?
A: In extremely rare instances when demand calls for a particular item, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no additional charge.
