Returns Policy

Our returns policy allows you to return any gift item anytime up to 30 days after you place your order. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made dependent on weather and inventory issues. Please contact your service representative for prompt resolution, replacement, or return instructions. You must obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning your item so we can properly credit with accounting. There are no refunds for personalized items or for shipping cost.

No Refunds on Personalized Items

Personalized items may not be returned, for any reason. Sorry, we can offer no exceptions on this policy.

No Refunds of Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost unless previous arrangements have been made with your service representative.

Return Merchandise Authorization

To obtain a refund, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It is important you do so, because if you return an item to our warehouse without this number, it may be returned to our inventory and not properly routed to accounting. You must have an RMA# so our accounting department can properly refund your credit card.

30 Day Limit

All requests for a refund and any claims on damaged merchandise arriving must be made within 30 days.
