Substituion Policy
On rare occasions, we may need to make substitutions to the product selections to accommodate weather or availability issues. We will substitute chocolate with a non-perishable item in gift baskets that are for regular ground shipping in warm weather. If you wish to ship gifts with chocolates in the hot weather you must select 2 day or Next Day Air. We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our gifts.
